Jordan Milman

Founder & CEO

Jordan is the founder and CEO of Archer Datacenters. Prior to founding Archer, he spent 17 years in the financial services industry, the last seven at Libremax Capital, a securitized products hedge fund he co-founded in 2010. Prior to that, Jordan was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and head of subprime and non-agency trading and resecuritization.

Jordan graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2000.


Doug Chambers

Head of Development

Doug is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in AEC, real estate, and technology. For the first decade of his career, Doug oversaw the successful construction of over two million square feet of commercial office, retail, and data center projects. Experiencing firsthand communication breakdowns & inefficiencies on construction sites, Chambers founded Fieldlens in 2011—a mobile-first collaboration platform for the job-site. As CEO, he steered the company through significant growth, culminating in its acquisition by WeWork in 2017.

Doug holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
